经常吃火锅、吃红肉也会增加患大肠癌风险。 大肠癌为香港第2号癌症杀手,近年有年轻化趋势。有台湾内科医生指出,大肠癌与饮食习惯息息相关。他列出6类高危食物,并提醒6类高风险人士要提防。
大肠癌初期症状易被忽略
台湾新北成泰医院内科医生傅裕翔在其Facebook专页发文表示,大肠癌因为初期症状不明显,非常容易被忽略。若无定期检查,发现的时候可能已很严重,治疗的效果也不好。
引发大肠癌的因素,除了遗传外,饮食习惯可谓息息相关。他提醒大家多注重饮食健康,与大肠癌保持距离。

大肠镜检查:高风险族群者应每2年追踪一次,低风险族群宜每5年追踪。

据本港衞生署资料,大肠癌大多由一颗细小的瘜肉开始形成。瘜肉通常为良性,但有些会慢慢演变为癌症,这种变化可以历时10年或以上。若不及早治疗,癌细胞会侵入和破坏附近的器官,还可经血液和淋巴系统扩散至身体各部位。
大肠癌在病发初期可能没有任何症状,而病征往往与其他肠道疾病相似。常见病征如下:
