Can't upload photos to insert into an email unless browsing in cognito?
I suspected a cookie problem and it was. Fix as follows.

Chrome - settings - privacy and security - cookies and other site data - see all site data and permissions - google.com

Click the rubbish bin icon to clear all google.com cookies. Will log you out of your gmail account but you can easily log in again and find the problem has been fixed!
